Scope, fees and next steps

Submit the available vehicle, wheelbase, axle-rating, body, equipment and payload details. CVC will check the information, request any missing details and confirm the scope and fee before work begins.

Standard axle-load calculation: $175 + GST ($192.50 including GST), based on up to 30 minutes of engineering time for a standard configuration with suitable data available. More complex configurations, drawing development or investigation will be quoted for your approval.

Once you accept the scope and fee, CVC will provide an invoice or payment instructions. Payment is required before engineering starts, unless approved account terms apply.

No payment is collected through this form. Submitting a request does not authorise chargeable engineering work or constitute engineering approval or a VASS certificate.
