Commercial Vehicle Compliance Pty Ltd (CVC) is a Hallam-based vehicle engineering and certification consultancy supporting manufacturers, body builders, modifiers, fleets and vehicle owners.

CVC provides Victorian VASS certification together with selected NSW VSCCS and Queensland Approved Person services. Certification decisions are made by appropriately authorised individuals within their approved scope.

Victorian Vehicle Assessment Signatory Scheme (VASS) engineering and certification for applicable light and heavy vehicle modifications.
Selected NSW light-vehicle approvals through VSCCS Certifier No. 170002.
Selected Queensland light-vehicle modification approvals through Approved Person MA3135.
RVS and ADR compliance support, including acting on applicants’ behalf through the Australian Government ROVER portal where authorised.

For Victorian manufacturers and body builders supplying vehicles interstate, CVC provides approval-pathway planning and engineering support before delivery. Our normal inspection service is based in Victoria. Inspection requirements depend on the destination jurisdiction and modification scope.
