What is ROVER?

ROVER is the Australian Government’s single national platform for managing vehicle approvals under the Road Vehicle Standards Act 2018 (RVSA).

Who Needs ROVER Approval?

You require ROVER approval if you are:

An Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) supplying new vehicles
A Second Stage Manufacturer (SSM) modifying new vehicles before first registration
A business producing:
- Motorhomes and campervans
